Registration is now open for the Ultrasound Workshop ($50 fee)

Station 3: Procedure – Dr. Hammam Akbik, Director, Pain Management Division , Assistant Professor of Clinical Anesthesia, University of Cincinnati

Station 4: Cadaver - Dr. Umeshraya Pai , Professor of Clinical Anesthesia and Adjunct Professor of Anatomy, University of Cincinnati

Instructions for Registering by Credit Card and Purchase Order/Check

Please Note: The online form will prompt you to enter contact information, this information must be for an individual who is actually attending the conference, not for a coordinator unless the coordinator is attending. If the coordinator would like to receive all correspondence regarding conference details,  you may enter the coordinators email address in the email field. If you have questions on registering, feel free to call us at 513-558-1810.

After you complete contact information on the online registration form, you have 2 options to pay:

Credit Card: Complete the registration form by clicking on the above link. Enter all contact information for the primary faculty member. Check the box for $375. Enter the number of registrations in the "Total Number of Registration" field. Click "Update Total". Click on "Payment Type" select "Credit Card". Enter credit card information. Hit "Submit". If you registered for more than one person, you will be contacted for additional attendee information. A receipt will be sent to the person who registered.

Purchase Order/Check: Do the same as above, but when you click on "Payment Type" select "Purchase Order". Enter your PO Number. Hit "Submit". If you are paying by check, type "Will send check" in the PO field. If you registered for more than one person, you will be contacted for additional attendee information. An invoice will be send to the email address of the person who registered.

Once the registration is received, you will receive a confirmation along with an Excel sheet. The document must be completed with all participant contact information and sent back to univconf@uc.edu.

Registration Fees

Pre-registration fees for MARC 2010 are as follows:
Full Conference Registration: $375 per person. (Includes Exhibit Reception on Friday evening, Continental Breakfast and Lunch on Saturday, Breakfast on Sunday, and Dinner at the Newport Aquarium on Saturday evening. Transportation to and from the Newport Aquarium will be provided.) The pre-registration deadline is February 1, 2010 after which the rate for the full meeting will increase to $400 per person.
